Mexican Candy Cocktail
Sweet & Spicy Margarita
Sweet Primero. Picante Después. Siempre Pocho.
This margarita comes in smiling and leaves a little fuego behind. Pocho Fino Mexican Candy brings that juicy watermelon sweetness, fresh lime keeps it bright, and jalapeño turns up the heat just enough to let you know it’s serious. It’s the kind of sweet and spicy that feels like a summer night with música on, tacos on the table, and one more round because why not. Pa’ Arriba, Pa’ Abajo, Pa’ Centro, Pa’ Dentro.

Made to Drink With
Street Food Classics
Tacos al pastor:
The pineapple and achiote echo the candy sweetness while the spice plays nice with the jalapeño heat. This is a power couple
Carne asada tacos with guac:
Smoky, savory beef + creamy avocado = balance. The margarita brings the sparkle, the taco brings the soul.
Elote or esquites:
Mayo, cotija, lime, chile. The drink cuts through the richness and doubles down on the chile-lime vibe.
Crunchy & Snackable
Chicharrones with salsa verde or chamoy:
Salty, crunchy, a little funky. The sweetness of the tequila keeps it from going too heavy.
Tajín-dusted watermelon or mango:
Sweet on sweet, spice on spice. Simple, nostalgic, undefeated.
Queso with roasted peppers:
Melted cheese cools the heat while the cocktail keeps things lively.
Heat Lovers Only
Birria tacos with extra salsa roja:
Rich, spicy, messy in the best way. The citrus and candy notes cut through the fat like a champ.
Hot wings with a chile-lime glaze:
Sweet heat meets sweet heat. Have napkins ready and another round poured.
Unexpected but Works
Fried chicken or chicken tenders with honey drizzle:
Sweet, salty, crunchy. The margarita turns this into a late-night favorite.
Spicy shrimp ceviche:
Bright, fresh, and briny. Lime on lime, heat on heat, pero bien balanced.
The Only Spanish You Really Need at Happy Hour
Say it loud, say it proud: Pa’ Arriba, Pa’ Abajo, Pa’ Centro, Pa’ Dentro. It’s not just a toast – it’s a full-body experience. Hands up, hands down, to the center, then pa’ dentro – like taking a shot with your entire soul.
It’s how Pochos bless every pour. A little bit ritual, a little bit relajo, and 100% cultura. Whether you’re sipping neat with abuelita or clinking glasses at the carne asada, this is the way we raise a glass: with flavor, familia, and puro corazón.
